Step 1: Take Photos
Follow these instructions to take your colour matching photos correctly.
Take your photos INDOORS facing a bright window.
Turn off all artificial lights, including downlights and lamps.
Position your whole face and hair in the frame of the photo (don't worry, we won't share your photos with anyone).
Check your photos to see if your hair looks the same as it does to you in real life
We need to see the full dimension of your hair.
Please provide:
The Back View: A photo of your hair down, showing the full length from the back.
The Side View: Showing how your hair looks from the side.
The Ends (Ends Matter!): A close-up of your hair ends. Since extensions/wigs need to blend with your ends, this is the most important shot!
No Filters, No Edits
