Our goal is to provide safer and faster shipping options wherever you live.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

1. Processing Time

Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.

Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

Attention: Although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Please Noticed:

We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.

Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.

Free Shipping To Select Areas

We offer free international shipping on most of the orders via DHL or FedEx with express shipping, with delivery time ranging from 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please refer to the checkout page for shipping times.

  1. Due to the geographical uniqueness of certain regions, we may apply additional shipping charges, for example, Germany. Please refer to the checkout page for details.

  2. Suyya is NOT able to ship to the following countries due to shipping complications: Brazil, Italy, Montenegro, Egypt.

For addresses classified as remote areas by DHL or FedEx, the customer will bear the excess for orders with shipping costs exceeding $25. If this happens we will contact you via our email SVIP@suyya.com.

Processing Time

It will take 2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link, which may take up to 12-48 hours to update. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please check your junk/spam or promotions folders.

Package Loss, Damage

All the packages are shipped directly from our factory coming with tracking and delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for the performance of the carriers. Still, we will assist our customers with any damage or loss in third-party shipping services, feel free to contact us through email at SVIP@suyya.com. To further investigate this issue, please contact the couriers at your earliest convenience.

P.O. Box, Military Base

Military addresses (APO, FPO) and PO Boxes cannot be delivered. Please include a physical address at the time of checkout.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
