Great way to add heft to thinner hair!

The quality of the hair in this ponytail is fantastic. It's smooth and soft, and the ends are thicker and cut more bluntly, so it looks super natural when up in a ponytail. It can be died darker, washed, cut shorter, and styled with hot tools up to 180C. It's pretty easy to use too, with the clips and velcro allowing you to get it in place around your own ponytail with little effort. This color was a great match for my own hair, so it looked fantastic once in place. If you're unsure of the closest color match, maybe consider going for the platinum & having your colorist match it to you at your next appointment! It's a great quality product at a good price & I'm happy with this so far!

Beautiful human hair, best for streaks

The hair in this ponytail is a good quality and definitely human. It is fairly fine, and it is glossy and bouncy. It makes a great ponytail if you have streaks in your hair. The hair is just as pictured with stripes of bleached and ash blondes, so it will go best with streaks as opposed to more blended hair. I deducted a star because of the cheap plastic hair clip, rubber bands, and bobby pins included. For the price, I would expect a metal clip with better grip and non-pull hair elastics instead of rubber bands.

Good ponytail extension!

This is a 20" long ponytail extension made using real human hair. The main body fits well over your own tied-up hair and the strand off to the side can be wrapped around the base which helps it to blend in with your own hair. I find it kind of sticks up a bit once attached to a high ponytail, so you can see there's a base underneath it. The hair itself is of decent quality, it's been bleached but doesn't feel extremely damaged. Good for extending low-tied ponytails, maybe not great for high ones. Thank you!
