If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.of purchase, as long as the product has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. The product seal must remain intact. Simply submit a return request within 7 days, and provide tracking within 14 days.

Care Instructions

The Dos and Don'ts

· Schedule move-up appointments every 4-6 weeks to avoid added weight and tension.

· Use Replacement, Easy-Release, or Single Sided Tape for all maintenance care installation to ensure the best results.

· For smooth and easy removals, fully saturate each Invisible Tape-In bond weft with Removerand wait five seconds before gently removing the extension from the natural hair.

· Remove the weft in a downward motion toward the natural hair to avoid unnecessary tension on the hair, which can cause damage.

Don't:

· Wash your hair after a fresh install. We recommend you wait 72 hours to allow the Invisible Tape-In bonds to fully adhere to the natural hair set properly.

· Pull or tug the weft out of the natural hair. If you are having trouble with removal, we recommend spraying more remover as needed.

· Remove the weft by pulling from left to right. You want to remove each weft by pulling downward toward the natural hair for a swift and easy removal.
